Daarnaast heeft de opdrachtgever hoge duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen gesteld. Een langere looptijd stelt inschrijvers in staat deze investeringen verantwoord af te schrijven, wat resulteert in een betere prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Gezien het kritische karakter van elektrische zuigende veegmachines is continuïteit van materieel en dienstverlening essentieel. Een langere looptijd voorkomt operationele risico’s die ontstaan bij frequente leverancierswisselingen.
