Classical consultancy services shall be procured where the hired consultants from office space made available by the contracting authority shall assist the contracting authority with public procurements, procurements and contract management on an hourly basis. There will be limited travel activities. A consultant ́s climate footprint and environmental impact will be equal to the load from an average permanent employee. The main service and therefore the nature is the consultant ́s work efforts. This type of consultancy services has, in its nature, a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is "immaterial". Refer to the Guidelines on Rules on Climate and Environmental Considerations in public procurements point 7.2, in which both "Legal services and judicial services" and "Consultancy and analysis services" are listed as "Procurements that, in their nature, are considered to have a climate footprint and environmental impact that is immaterial."
