Description: Provincie Overijssel is voornemens een aanbesteding te starten voor het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan gebouwgebonden installaties en klein bouwkundig onderhoud binnen haar gebouwenportefeuille. De provincie zoekt een professionele en deskundige partner die op zowel operationeel als tactisch niveau bijdraagt aan het waarborgen van een veilige, functionele en comfortabele omgeving voor bezoekers, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners. De opdrachtnemer draagt zorg voor het planmatig en storingsgericht onderhouden van de installaties, waarbij het uitgangspunt is om storingen en uitval zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen door een proactieve aanpak. Onderdeel van de opdracht is het tijdig herstellen van defecten, het signaleren van risico's en verbeterkansen, en het adviseren over vervanging van verouderde of versleten assets. Daarbij wordt verwacht dat de opdrachtnemer actief bijdraagt aan de verbetering en verduurzaming van gebouwen en technische installaties. 14,5 miljoen
