Conditions particulières d'exécution : en raison de la complexité de l'opération liée notamment à la quantité de sites à traiter et au risque d'interfaces entre corps d'états de travaux, le marché de travaux qui sera conclu à la suite de la présente consultation sera en entreprise générale de bâtiment ou en groupement d'entreprises. Ce marché unique comporte 16 sites répartis dans 3 départements : - 4 établissements dans l'Eure-et-Loir, - 3 établissements dans le Loir-et-Cher (41), - 9 établissements dans le Loiret (45).
