Description: #DEU Im Diakonie Klinikum Dietrich Bonhoeffer GmbH, Salvador-Allende-Straße 30, 17036 Neubrandenburg soll in der Klinik für Innere Medizin 3, Kardiologie für die Jahre 2025 bis 2027 die Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von drei Kardangioanlagen für umfassende kardiologische Anwendungen durchgeführt werden. Der geplante Baubereich befindet sich im Haus R, 2. Obergeschoss. Die baulichen Leistungen begrenzen sich zunächst auf die Veränderung der bestehende Raumstruktur R.2.19.1 im Innenkern, so dass hier ein drittes HKL/ Linksherzmessplatz in der Raumluftklasse 2 inklusive dazugehörigen Schalt-/ Arbeitsplatz sowie Technikraum entstehen kann. Die angrenzenden Bereiche und Anlagen bleiben weiterhin in Nutzung und werden während der Umbauphase durch Staubschutzwände getrennt und geschützt. Die Aufrechterhaltung des Krankenhausbetriebes und die Versorgung der Patienten unter den allgemeinen hygienischen Standards ist jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten. Die angrenzenden Bereiche müssen während der Baumaßnahme in Funktion gehalten werden. Die Zuwegung in das Gebäude und der Materialtransport erfolgt über gesonderte Baustellenzugänge, die während der Ausführungszeit ausgewiesen sind. Das komplette Leistungspaket wird in 9 Lose geteilt.
