Description of the options: De opdrachtgever behoudt zich gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst het recht voor om, indien daartoe wordt besloten, gebruik te maken van de in de aanbestedingsstukken beschreven optionele onderdelen van de dienstverlening. Hieronder vallen onder meer de afname van optionele producten, zoals gekleurd papier en scanwerkzaamheden, en de mogelijkheid om gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst een koppeling te realiseren tussen het web-to-print bestelportaal en het e-procurementsysteem van opdrachtgever. De uitoefening van deze opties is uitsluitend ter beoordeling van opdrachtgever en vormt geen afnameverplichting.
