Main features of the procedure: La présente consultation a pour objet la délégation par voie de concession du crématorium de la COMMUNE DE SOUDAINE-LAVINADIERE. À cet effet, la Commune lance une procédure ouverte de DSP et procède à une publicité dans les conditions prévues par les dispositions des articles L.1411-1 à L.1411-12 et R. 1411-1 et suivants du Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT). Conformément au document programme, le délégataire aura la charge de : - La construction d’un bâtiment avec parking et la fourniture des équipements de crématorium qui y sont associés (four, filtration, …) ; - La gestion et l’exploitation du crématorium dans le cadre d’un contrat de concession. La présente Délégation de Service Public aura une durée de 35 à 40 ans, le candidat ayant à motiver dans son offre la durée du contrat qu’il estime adaptée.
