Description: SEZIONE IV ART. 46 DEROGA ALLASSICURAZIONE PARZIALE Larticolo si intende così modificato: In caso di sinistro indennizzabile a termini di polizza, a parziale deroga dellart. 1907 del Codice Civile, non si farà luogo allapplicazione della regola proporzionale per quelle partite la cui somma assicurata risultasse insufficiente in misura non superiore al 25%. Tuttavia, qualora lammontare del danno accertato, al lordo di eventuali franchigie o scoperti, risulti uguale o inferiore a 20.000,00 la Società indennizza tale danno senza applicazione della proporzionale di cui al disposto dellart. 1907 del Codice Civile.
