Description of selection criterion: siehe ESPD und Referenz: Es ist eine Kundenreferenz zum vorgeschlagenen Standardprodukt vorzulegen, die aus der gleichen Industrie stammt, das heißt von einem Unternehmen mit regulierter Verantwortung für den Betrieb kritischer Infrastruktur im Strom und Energiesektor (z. B. Übertragungs oder Verteilnetzbetreiber sowie andere regulierte Netzbetreiber im Energiesektor). Der erstmalige produktive Einsatz (Go Live) der Lösung in dieser Referenz darf zum Zeitpunkt des Schlusstermins für den Eingang der Teilnahmeanträge höchstens fünf Jahre zurückliegen. Die Referenz muss mindestens folgende Angaben enthalten: Kundenorganisation und Land, Branche bzw. Art des Netzbetreibers, ungefähre Nutzerzahl, Jahr des ersten Go Live sowie eine kurze Beschreibung des implementierten Umfangs und der genutzten Standardfunktionalitäten des vorgeschlagenen Standardprodukts.
