Description of the options: Le contrat comporte deux options au sens de l'art. R.3135-1 du code de la commande publique. La tranche optionnelle n°1 a pour objet la mise à jour du CEP en fonction notamment des nouvelles données d'entrée intervenues depuis la date d'effet du contrat, la réalisation d'études techniques et administratives nécessaires à l'obtention des autorisations administratives permettant la construction d'une deuxième ligne de valorisation énergétique ainsi que les actions de concertation préalables nécessaires.
