If the Supplier has a valid reason for not providing the requested documentation, the Supplier may demonstrate its economic and financial capacity by submitting any other documentation deemed appropriate by the Contracting Authority.

Description of selection criterionThe supplier must have relevant experience with the delivery of a similar production system for nautical charts production Documentation requirements: "A similar production system for nautical charts production" shall be considered as a production system that support production of nautical charts in accordance with the two standards S-57 and S-101. Documentation Requirement: The requirement shall be documented by providing a description of at least two of the supplier's most relevant assignments from the past five years involving the delivery of the system to agencies or entities operating within nautical data or chart production. The description must include the contract value, time of delivery, and the recipient (name, telephone number, and email address). It is the supplier's responsibility to demonstrate the relevance of the assignments through the description.
