Hanke raames ootab tellija äriliselt elujõulisi lahendusideid, milles on kirjeldatud tehniline teostatavus, arendusplaan ning ärimudel. Täitja peab olema valmis tõendama lahenduse turupotentsiaali, suutlikkust arendada see turukõlblikuks tooteks ning tagada selle edasine turundamine ja jätkusuutlik toimimine.
