Description of the options: Het migreren van data vanuit Microsoft Teams is optioneel. Uitbreiding naar maximaal 150 gebruikers: De VRFGV behoudt zich het recht voor om gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst het aantal gebruikers uit te breiden van 75 gebruikers naar maximaal 150 gebruikers. Deze uitbreiding vindt (in principe) plaats in stappen van 25 gebruikers per keer. Leverancier brengt hiervoor de kosten in rekening conform het prijzenblad. De exploitatiekosten (jaarlijkse kosten) bij 150 gebruikers mogen het plafondbedrag (zie paragraaf 1.2.5) niet overschrijden. Aanvullende uitbreiding naar maximaal 350 gebruikers: In aanvulling op de hiervoor beschreven optie behoudt de VRFGV zich het recht voor om gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst het aantal gebruikers verder uit te breiden van 150 gebruikers naar maximaal 350 gebruikers. De omvang van de eventuele stappen waarin de uitbreiding plaatsvindt (bijvoorbeeld in stappen van 25 gebruikers per keer) is nader te bepalen. Leverancier brengt hiervoor de kosten in rekening conform het prijzenblad en de open begroting. Het plafondbedrag voor de exploitatiekosten (jaarlijkse kosten) is niet van toepassing op de totale jaarlijkse kosten bij uitbreiding van 150 naar maximaal 350 gebruikers. De VRFGV is niet verplicht om van de hiervoor beschreven opties gebruik te maken. Leverancier kan derhalve op geen enkele wijze rechten ontlenen aan deze opties. Daarnaast is het Leverancier niet toegestaan om aan de op grond van de beschreven opties aanvullende voorwaarden of kosten te verbinden.
