Title: SZAB - Neubau Schul- und Sportzentrum Asbach-Bäumenheim
Description: Das Bauvorhaben umgreift die Herstellung eines Hallenbads (BAD) und einer Grund- und Mittelschule (GMS). Der Altbestand auf dem Baufeld wurde bereits abgebrochen und abgeräumt, außer die alten Gründungspfähle, welche im Zuge der Erdarbeiten abgebrochen werden. Es ist das Baufeld zu begradigen und bauzeitlich zu befestigen. Für die Baustelle ist eine asphaltierte Zufahrtsrampe herzustellen. Wegen der Grundwassersituation sind die neuen Kellerbauteile im Schutz eines Spundwandverbaus herzustellen. Innerhalb des Spundwandverbaus erfolgt die Wasserhaltung mittels Brunnen. Die übrige Baugrube wird geböscht hergestellt und erhält eine offene, bauzeitliche Ableitung des anfallenden Oberflächenwassers. Wegen der Bestandbodensituation werden Tiefgründungen eingebracht als SOB-Bohrpfähle und als Vollverdränger-Säulen. Für die Bohr- und Spundwandgerätschaften sind mehrere Dezimeter mächtige Arbeitsplanie aus Schotter 0/56 bis 0/80 einzubringen. Die Arbeitsräume um die Kellerbauteile sind abschnittsweise zu verfüllen. Das Baufeld ist großflächig mit RC-Typ1-Material auf das neue Geländeniveau aufzuschütten. Am Ende der Gesamtmaßnahme ist die Asphaltrampe wieder abzubrechen. 1.011 t Baufeld begradigen und Bodenmaterial abfahren; 170 m2 Asphaltrampe; 97 St. Bestandspfähle aus Beton abbrechen; 413 m3 Leitungsgräben; 4.223 t Baufeldbefestigung aus Schotter; 10.114 m3 Baugrubenaushub und abfahren; 8354 t Arbeitsplanum aus Schotter; 2.058 m3 Arbeitsraumhinterfüllung; 2.290 m3 Kies GW liefern und einbringen; 4.901 t RC-Material Typ 1 liefern und einbringen; 1 PA Wasserhaltungsanlage mit Absetzbecken, Notstromversorgung, Pumpen, Pegelbeobachtung; 4 St. Absenkbrunnen ca. 10 m tief; 8 St. Sickerschächte ca. 275 cm tief mit nachträglicher Aufstockung; 650 m Dränleitung; 676 m Sammel- und Abflussleitung; 2980 m2 Spundwand; 1.071 m Vollverdrängungspfähle Dm 40 cm, 47 St. Zugpfähle ca. 6,7 m lang; 1.143 m Schnecken-Ortbeton-Pfähle Dm 62 cm CPV Code Hauptteil: 45214200 CPV Code weitere Teile: 45212210, 45112000, 45232000, 45262210
