Les accords cadres se terminent le 31 décembre 2030. Les accords cadres sont conclus en application du code de la commande publique et comportent une clause d'insertion sociale. Les accords cadres sont passés à prix unitaires. Les prix sont révisables. La date prévisionnelle d'envoi des bons de commande : janvier 2027. Additional information: Les prestations concernent la prise en charge des installations, l'entretien préventif et curatif. Les prestations annexes concernent principalement des travaux de remise en conformité ou de remise en état d'installations suite à sinistres. Les travaux comprennent l'évolution du système Vigik vers le Vigik+ pour le patrimoine de Partenord - Le Groupe/Partenium. Il n'est pas prévu de retenue de garantie ni d'avance. Le paiement sera effectué par virement, dans le délai de trente (30) jours à compter de la date de réception de la facturation et selon les échéances données au Ccap. Les prix sont révisables selon les conditions indiquées au Ccap. Les prestations sont financées par les fonds propres de Partenord Habitat.
