De natuurlijke adviesfunctie kent een logische samenhang met de controle (bevindingen) en het is organisatorisch efficiënt en effectief om bijzondere controles uit te besteden aan een accountant die de organisatie en de administratie kent. De te contracteren dienstverlener draagt bij aan de volgende De opdracht heeft betrekking op de levering van accountantsdiensten ten behoeve van ROC Midden Nederland (hierna: ROC MN). De omvang van de opdracht is gebaseerd op de aard, grootte en complexiteit van de organisatie. ROC MN is een onderwijsinstelling in het middelbaar beroepsonderwijs met circa 1.800 medewerkers en een jaarlijkse baten-/lastenomvang van circa € 200 mio. De organisatie kent 16 onderwijslocaties en een centrale ondersteunende organisatie met bijbehorende administratieve processen.
