Additional information: Der AG wird die fristgerecht eingegangenen Angebote auf Vollständigkeit, fachliche und rechnerische Richtigkeit prüfen, § 56 Abs. 1 VgV. Soweit sich daraus ergibt, dass Angebote unvollständig sind, behält sich der AG das Recht vor, die betroffenen Bieter nach pflichtgemäßem Ermessen aufzufordern, die entsprechenden Unterlagen innerhalb einer kurzen, für alle Bieter einheitlichen Frist (Nachforderungsfrist) nachzureichen (§ 56 Abs. 4 VgV). Die Aufforderung zur Nachreichung von Unterlagen erfolgt nur für fristgerecht abgegebene Angebote. Erfolgt keine Nachforderung, werden unvollständige Angebote ausgeschlossen, § 57 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VgV. Das Recht zur Nachforderung von Unterlagen begründet indes keine Verantwortung des AG für die Vollständigkeit der Angebote. Information about review deadlines: Soweit Ihrer Rüge nicht abgeholfen wurde, ist gegen diese Entscheidung ein Antrag auf Nachprüfung durch die Vergabekammer beim Niedersächsischen Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Verkehr, Regierungsvertretung Lüneburg, auf der Hude 2, 21339 Lüneburg, zulässig. Der Antrag ist unzulässig, soweit mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 GWB). Nach § 161 GWB ist der Antrag schriftlich bei der Vergabekammer einzureichen, unverzüglich zu begründen und soll ein bestimmtes Begehren enthalten (§ 161 GWB).
