Die Erbringung abfallwirtschaftlicher Leistungen ist der Abfallverwertungsgesell-schaft des Landkreises Ludwigsburg mbH (kurz: AVL) übertragen. Die Verträge der AVL mit Dritten über Übernahme, Transport und Verwertung von Elektro- und Elektronikaltgeräten laufen zum 31. Dezember 2026 aus. Eine Neuvergabe soll im Rahmen eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens zum 1. Januar 2027 erfolgen. Gesamtmenge bzw.
