Justification for the accelerated procedure: El expediente se declara de tramitación urgente de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 119.1 de la LCSP. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la memoria justificativa emitida por la Dirección General de Informática, a los efectos de evitar que las incidencias que pudieran surgir durante la licitación del contrato pudieran llegar a afectar negativamente al funcionamiento ordinario de la administración, ya que la falta de equipos informáticos actualizados destinados de los puestos de trabajo de los empleados públicos de la Red Corporativa, que se podrán renovar gracias a este contrato, supondría la imposibilidad de trabajar con sistemas operativos y aplicaciones software actualizadas, obligando al trabajo diario con sistemas obsoletos fuera de soporte y vulnerables ante las ciber amenazas actuales.
