Description: La présente consultation concerne les prestations d’impression et de distribution de supports de communication-évènementiel et de papèterie pour le groupement de commandes conclu entre la commune des Herbiers, la Communauté de Communes du Pays des Herbiers et le CIAS du Pays des Herbiers. La Ville des Herbiers est désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement ayant qualité de pouvoir adjudicateur. Elle est chargée, à ce titre, de procéder à l’ensemble de la procédure de mise en concurrence, de désigner les titulaires retenus et de notifier les marchés pour chaque adhérent. Chaque membre du groupement signera et exécutera lui-même son marché, pour la part lui revenant. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans les Cahiers des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) des 5 lots et les bordereaux des Prix Unitaires.
