Description: Προμήθεια Ανταλλακτικών για τα οχήματα και μηχανήματα του Δήμου Δίου - Ολύμπου με τις αναγκαίες εργασίες τοποθέτησής τους συμπληρωματική για το έτος 2026 Φορέας χρηματοδότησης της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι ο Δήμος Δίου – Ολύμπου. Η δαπάνη για την εν λόγω σύμβαση θα βαρύνει τον Δήμο Δίου – Ολύμπου και συγκεκριμένα τους ΑΛΕ 020.2410107.001, 020.2420302.001, 030.2410107.001 και 030.2420302.001 του προϋπολογισμού έτους 2026, (σχετ. η υπ΄ αριθμ. 339/11413/1-7-2026 Απόφαση Ανάληψης υποχρέωσης) Ο διαγωνισμός θα διεξαχθεί με την ανοικτή διαδικασία του άρθρου 27 του ν. 4412/16. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομικής άποψης προσφοράς βάσει τιμής (χαμηλότερη προσφορά). Τα έγγραφα της σύμβασης είναι διαθέσιμα για ελεύθερη, πλήρη, άμεση & δωρεάν ηλεκτρονική πρόσβαση μέσω της Διαδικτυακής Πύλης (www.promitheus.gov.gr) του ΟΠΣ ΕΣΗΔΗΣ. Κάθε είδους επικοινωνία και ανταλλαγή πληροφοριών πραγματοποιείται μέσω του ΕΣΗΔΗΣ Προμήθειες και Υπηρεσίες (εφεξής ΕΣΗΔΗΣ), το οποίο είναι προσβάσιμο από τη Διαδικτυακή Πύλη (www.promitheus.gov.gr) του ΟΠΣ ΕΣΗΔΗΣ. Η διαδικασία θα διενεργηθεί με χρήση του Εθνικού Συστήματος Ηλεκτρονικών Δημόσιων Συμβάσεων (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ) Προμήθειες και Υπηρεσίες του ΟΠΣ ΕΣΗΔΗΣ (Διαδικτυακή Πύλη www.promitheus.gov.gr) . Τα προς προμήθεια είδη και οι εργασίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 34913000-0 , 50110000-9 Η παρούσα σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται στα κάτωθι τμήματα : ΤΤΜΗΜΑ 1:Προμήθεια ανταλλακτικών κάθε είδους επί των Φορτηγών, Απορριμματοφόρων, Λεωφορείων, και Σαρώθρων του Δήμου με τις αναγκαίες εργασίες τοποθέτησής τους για το έτος 2026 προϋπολογισμού με ΦΠΑ 24.239,52€. ΤΜΗΜΑ 2:Προμήθεια ανταλλακτικών κάθε είδους επί των Επιβατικών & Ημιφορτηγών οχημάτων του Δήμου με τις αναγκαίες εργασίες τοποθέτησής τους για το έτος 2026 προϋπολογισμού με ΦΠΑ 26.272,40€. Κάθε διαγωνιζόμενος μπορεί να συμμετέχει στο διαγωνισμό υποβάλλοντας προσφορά για το σύνολο των προς προμήθεια ειδών και εργασιών κάθε τμήματος είτε σε ένα ή σε όλα τα τμήματα όπως αυτά ορίζονται ανωτέρω. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός ΤΜΗΜΑΤΩΝ που μπορεί να ανατεθεί σε έναν προσφέροντα ορίζεται σε δύο (2). Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 41.058,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ 24 % 9.853,92€ ήτοι γενικό σύνολο 50.911,92€ Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται από την υπογραφή της μέχρι 31-12-2026. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής. Μειοδότης αναδεικνύεται ο προσφέρων την χαμηλότερη τιμή ανά τμήμα ξεχωριστά
