Additional information: Modalités d'accès au DCE : Le dossier de consultation est téléchargeable par les candidats sur https://aprr.achatpublic.com en renseignant « Groupe APRR » dans la rubrique « Organisme ». Les modalités de remise des dossiers et contenu des offres sont décrites dans le Règlement de la consultation. Ils devront parvenir par voie électronique via ce profil d'acheteur. Les soumissionnaires sont invités à anticiper le temps de téléchargement de leur dossier et à vérifier le respect des prérequis techniques en amont. L'adresse mail utilisée pour le dépôt du pli sera celle utilisée pour la suite de la procédure. Le candidat peut se présenter sous la forme d'une entreprise unique ou d'un groupement d'entreprises avec désignation d'un mandataire commun. En cas de groupement, le mandataire devra impérativement présenter tous ses cotraitants et le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement désigné dès la candidature. Le groupement retenu sera, au choix de ce dernier, soit un groupement solidaire soit un groupement conjoint dont le mandataire sera solidaire. Les candidatures multiples ne sont pas autorisées. Une entreprise ne pourra déposer qu'un seul dossier de candidature (par lot, le cas échéant), soit en tant que candidate unique, soit comme mandataire d'un groupement, soit comme cotraitante d'un groupement. En cas de consultation allotie, l'interdiction de candidature multiple se vérifie lot par lot. La présence d'une même entreprise en qualité de soustraitante de plusieurs candidats est admise.
