Minimumeisen: Jaarrekeningen over de laatste drie (3) beschikbare boekjaren voorleggen.

Description of selection criterion: Een lijst met referenties met betrekking tot de levering en inbedrijfstelling van soortgelijke installaties. Minimumeisen: Als bewijs van ervaring in het veld moet de kandidaat ten minste drie (3) referenties van de afgelopen vijf (5) jaar voor soortgelijke installaties overleggen.

Description of selection criterion: Niet-Belgische inschrijvers voegen bij hun inschrijving een attest van conformiteit met betrekking tot de betaling van hun bijdragen inzake sociale zekerheid. Description of selection criterion: Een lijst met referenties met betrekking tot operationele ondersteuning die aan klanten wordt verleend om hulp en onderhoud te bieden. Minimumeisen: De kandidaat moet ten minste twee (2) relevante referenties van de afgelopen twee (2) jaar overleggen. Deze verwijzingen moeten het volgende bevatten: - Naam, contactpersoon en contactgegevens van de klant - Een duidelijke maar beknopte beschrijving van de geleverde contractuele diensten - Het aantal manuren op locatie dat bij de referentieklant wordt gepresteerd (op jaarbasis)

Description of selection criterion: Een beschrijving van de maatregelen die de leverancier treft om de kwaliteit te waarborgen in levering, plaatsing en in dienststellen van deze opdracht door middel van certificaten (iso en ander gelijkaardige of gelijksoortige documenten) Minimumeisen: De kandidaat dient, als bewijs een verklaring te geven van de maatregelen die de ondernemer treft om de kwaliteit te waarborgen inzake uitvoering van de opdracht.
