Door deze componenten in één Perceel onder te brengen, legt Eindhoven Airport de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de onderlinge integratie en de werking van het totaalsysteem bij één partij. Een Inschrijver die een oplossing aanbiedt op basis van meerdere deelsystemen die hij zelf integreert, wordt niet uitgesloten, mits hij aantoont dat het resultaat functioneel gelijkwaardig is aan een native unified platform en hij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de integratie en werking op zich neemt.
