ACORD CADRU privind Intretinerea si mentenanta strazilor, aleilor, parcarilor pe raza Sectorului 4, Municipiul Bucuresti
Descrierea activitatilor este disponibila in Caietul de sarcini. Anexat Documentatiei de atribuire, se regasesc toate documentele necesare pentru elaborarea ofertei.
Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate pe durata acordului cadru precum si pentru un contract subsecvent sunt conform Anexei la Caietul de sarcini.
Avand in vedere ca documentatia de atribuire contine un set minim de informatii specifice referitoare la estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru, precum si estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru, subliniem faptul ca aceste cantitati minime si maxime pe care autoritatea contractanta le stabileste initial in documentatia de atribuire si ulterior in acordul-cadru reprezinta estimari ale unor cantitati care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru si nu cantitatile exacte care vor fi achizitionate, acestea din urma putand fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari raportat la cele estimate, in functie de necesitatile reale ale autoritatii contractante.
Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 24.552.100,74 lei
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile.
Clarificarile solicitate dupa acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /informatii suplimentare, in cea de-a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Description of the procurement
Acordul cadru presupune lucrari de: reparare a drumurilor, a trotuarelor, reparatii beton degradat, intretinere si etansare rosturi de dilatatie, reparatii si intretinere parcari si alei, asternere covoare asfaltice, nivelari strazi, ridicarea la cota a caminelor de vizitare apa-canal si a capacelor gurilor de scurgere, asternere asfalt si mixturi asfaltice; indicatoare si marcaje rutiere, iluminat, comunicatii, semnalizare rutiera, instalatii electrice, pardoseli, confectii metalice hidroizolate si imprejmuire, frezare mixturi asfaltice, conducte si armaturi poduri si aparate de reazem.
Lista categoriilor de lucrari, cantitatile estimate ale acestora, care urmeaza a se executa in perioada de derulare a acordului cadru se regasesc descrise la nivelul caietului de sarcini. Estimarile ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru si a celor care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru se regasesc in cadrul anexelor caietului de sarcini, reprezentand cantitati estimative care nu creeaza obligatii in sarcina autoritatii contractante.
Modificarea acordului-cadru/contractului de achizitie publica, in cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se va putea efectua in conditiile prevazute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 si al prevederilor din cadrul Instructiunilor ANAP, in vigoare la momentul initierii modifcarii.
