Este PDI establece también las líneas generales, misión y objetivos a corto, medio y largo plazo, incluyendo cuáles son las actividades y acciones específicas a realizar por los organismos y agentes más representativos en el ámbito de la innovación de la isla de Tenerife, así como el modo en que se llevarán a cabo las mencionadas actividades y acciones, cuándo realizarlas y quién debe realizarlas.
