Description of the options: GVB behoudt zich het recht voor om de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst optioneel te verlengen met 3 verlengingsopties van elk 2 jaar. Wat resulteert in een maximale totale looptijd van 8 jaar. GVB behoudt zich het recht voor om gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst optioneel aanvullende kabeltypen aan de scope toe te voegen die niet initieel in de specificatielijst zijn opgenomen. Dit optierecht stelt GVB in staat om flexibel in te spelen op toekomstige technische innovaties, wijzigingen in de netwerktopologie of veranderende wet- en regelgeving (zoals strengere brand- of milieueisen). Voor de uitoefening van dit optierecht gelden de volgende kaders: - Reikwijdte: De optionele kabeltypen dienen functioneel direct aan te sluiten bij de aard van de opdracht (hoogspannings- en tractiekabels voor metro- en tramnetwerken). - Prijsstelling: De prijsbepaling voor deze aanvullende kabeltypen wordt objectief vastgesteld op basis van de prijssystematiek, margestructuren en de indexering van de grondstofcomponenten (koper en aluminium). - Financieel plafond: De waarde van de onder dit optierecht afgenomen kabels is inbegrepen in de totale maximale waarde (het plafond) binnen de totale looptijd van deze Raamovereenkomst van € 15.000.000,- (exclusief btw).
