Acord-cadru avand ca obiect furnizarea a 50 bucati troleibuze, conform descrierilor din caietul de sarcini. Cantitati minime — maxime acord-cadru: 1 bucata — 50 bucati; cantitati minime — maxime contract subsecvent: 1 bucata — 6 bucati. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent 14 797 588,08 RON fara TVA. Termenul de livrare este de 10 luni. Intrebarile de clarificare se pot solicita pana in a 15-a zi anterior termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor; raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se vor grupa in 2 raspunsuri mari, primul urmand a se publica in ziua 18 anterior datei limita de depunere oferte si a doua in ziua 10 anterior datei limita de depunere oferte.
