Description of selection criterion: a) Inesistenza delle condizioni di esclusione di cui agli artt. 94/Cause di esclusione automatica, 95/Cause di esclusione non automatica, art. 98/Illecito professionale grave D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e s.m.i., fatto salvo quanto previsto dall’art. 96, c. 6 del medesimo decreto; b) iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese tenuto dalla Camera di Commercio Industria, Artigianato e Agricoltura (o in uno dei registri professionali o commerciali dello Stato di residenza se si tratta di uno Stato dell'U.E., in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 100/Requisiti di ordine speciale, comma 3 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e s.m.i.) per un’attività pertinente anche se non coincidente con l’oggetto dell’appalto. Description of selection criterion: Aver svolto con buon esito, nel decennio antecedente la data di pubblicazione del bando in GUUE, forniture analoghe a quelle oggetto di gara (dove per analoghe si intendono: forniture di modulo ibrido di alta tensione isolato in SF6, a tensione nominale uguale o maggiore di 145 kV, rispondente alla norma CEI EN 62271-205 “Apparecchiatura di manovra e comando ad alta tensione – Assiemi di apparecchiature compatte (Hybrid / Mixed Technology)”), per un importo complessivo pari o superiore a: € 4.000.000,00 IVA esclusa
