Description: A. Erdgeschoss Es sollen im EG 3 neue Einheiten für medizinische Nutzungen eingerichtet werden, eine weitere Praxis wird zeitversetzt im Bereich der jetzigen ZAO ( ambulantes Operieren ) ausgebaut. Durch das Gewerk Sanitär wird in den neuen und bestehenden Nasszellen Einrichtungen zur Hygienespülung im Trinkwassernetz installiert. Daher werden an diversen Stellen in den Bestandsbäder die Wände geöffnet, der Boden inkl. Abdichtung bis OK Sockel bleibt davon unberührt. An den Wänden werden dann mit Zementbauplatten bauseits wieder geschlossene Stellen mit Zementbauplatten sowie die Altfliesen insgesamt überfliest. Fliesenarbeiten EG: 17 m² neue Bodenfliesen 80 m² neue Wandfliesen 112 m² Fliese auf Altfliese Abdichtungsarbeiten zementär/ mit Bahnen nach LV B. Untergeschoss Nach Schadstoffsanierung werden im UG neue GK Wände gesetzt, hier erfolgt flächendeckend eine neue Estricheinbringung. Im Untergeschoss werden Verwaltungsräume für das Gesundheitszentrum untergebracht, mit neuen Nasszelleneinheiten bzw. mit Bestandsnasszellen. Hier werden wie vor durch das Gewerk Sanitär in den neuen und bestehenden Nasszellen Einrichtungen zur Hygienespülung im Trinkwassernetz installiert.
