Description: Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Leistungen der Umweltbaubegleitung (UBB) in Verbindung mit einer Bodenkundlichen Baubegleitung (BBB) für das Bauvorhaben VKE 7143 (A1 Süd) im Zuge der 8 streifigen Erweiterung der Bundesautobahn A 1. Ziel der Beauftragung ist die fachliche Begleitung der Bauausführung zur Sicherstellung der Einhal-tung der umwelt und bodenschutzfachlichen Anforderungen aus den genehmigungsrelevanten Un-terlagen sowie den einschlägigen gesetzlichen und fachlichen Regelwerken. Die Umwelt und Boden-kundliche Baubegleitung unterstützt den Auftraggeber und die Bauüberwachung bei der ordnungs-gemäßen Umsetzung der vorgesehenen Schutz , Vermeidungs- und Minderungsmaßnahmen und wirkt auf einen möglichst umweltverträglichen und bodenschonenden Bauablauf hin. Die Umweltbaubegleitung umfasst insbesondere beratende, koordinierende und kontrollierende Tä-tigkeiten im Hinblick auf umweltrelevante Belange während der Bauvorbereitung und der Bauausfüh-rung. Sie ist frühzeitig in bauablaufrelevante Fragestellungen einzubinden und bei Bedarf vor Ort tä-tig. Die Bodenkundliche Baubegleitung ergänzt die Umweltbaubegleitung um spezifische Leistungen zum vorsorgenden Schutz des Bodens. Sie begleitet insbesondere bodenrelevante Arbeiten und wirkt da-rauf hin, schädliche Bodenveränderungen zu vermeiden oder zu minimieren. Die Leistungen der BBB sind eng mit der UBB abzustimmen, um Überschneidungen zu vermeiden und eine konsistente fach-liche Begleitung sicherzustellen.
