Reconduction : L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Visites sur site : Une visite sur site est préconisée mais non obligatoire (Art. 5.2 RC). Réalisation de prestations similaires : Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire de l'accord-cadre, en application des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux accords-cadres ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires. Modification du contrat : Le marché prévoit que le contrat puisse être modifié, conformément au chapitre IV : Modification du marché du Code de la commande publique (Titre IX : Exécution du marché). Dématérialisation des échanges : Dans le cadre de l'exécution du contrat, les correspondances entre le pouvoir adjudicateur et le titulaire seront réalisés par voie dématérialisée au moyen de l'envoi d'un courriel avec accusé de réception.
