Title: Dienstleistungen TCK Testautomation
Description: Im Juni 2005 haben die Finanzminister der 16 Bundesländer im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesmi-nister der Finanzen einstimmig die Grundlagen für das weitere Vorgehen zur Entwicklung einheitli-cher Software für das Besteuerungsverfahren in dem Vorhaben KONSENS (die Koordinierte neue Software-Entwicklung der Steuerverwaltung) festgelegt. Die Grundlage für die Zusammenarbeit aller 16 Bundesländer und des Bundes bildet das zum 1. Januar 2007 in Kraft getretene Verwaltungsab-kommen KONSENS und das am 1. Januar 2019 in Kraft getretene KONSENS-Gesetz. KONSENS ist ein auf Dauer angelegtes Vorhaben, mit dem die von der Steuerverwaltung der Län-der genutzte Informationstechnologie vereinheitlicht und zukunftsträchtig modernisiert, gepflegt und anforderungsgetrieben weiterentwickelt wird. KONSENS hat als Daueraufgabe keinen festen End-termin. Das TestCenter KONSENS (TCK) ist das zentrale Quality-Gate im Release-Management-Prozess in KONSENS und befindet sich seit seiner Gründung bei der Oberfinanzdirektion Baden-Württemberg - Landeszentrum für Datenverarbeitung (LZfD) - an den Dienstorten Stuttgart und Karlsruhe. Die vom TCK durchgeführten Tests geben Auskunft darüber, ob eine Anwendung die qualitativen Voraussetzungen zum Betrieb in KONSENS erfüllt. Dazu betreibt das TCK eigene Te-stumgebungen und baut weitere Testumgebungen auf. Die Oberfinanzdirektion Baden-Württemberg - LZfD - benötigt in der Automation von Testfällen im TCK - Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Testautomation. Für die anstehenden Aufgaben werden 2 externe Personen benötigt. Zu diesem Zweck soll voraussichtlich ab dem 01.11.2026 jeweils ein Dienstvertrag geschlossen werden.
