Title: ERP ZAS
Description: Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor de levering, implementatie, ondersteuning en verdere ontwikkeling van een geïntegreerde totaaloplossing die de processen finance, logistiek, facilitair beheer en procurement binnen ZAS op een uniforme, efficiënte, gebruiksvriendelijke en transparante manier ondersteunt. Ook moet voorzien worden in nodige rapportering en integraties. De opdracht omvat onder meer: - De initiële levering, installatie en configuratie van het systeem; - De migratie van actieve en historische data; - De begeleiding van de implementatie (inclusief opleiding en change management); - De hosting en technische ondersteuning; - Het onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van het systeem gedurende de looptijd van de opdracht; - Het leveren van kwaliteitsvolle support na implementatie. CPV-code: 48451000-4 - Software voor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Doel: ZAS is een fusieorganisatie die bestaat uit meerdere ziekenhuiscampussen en ondersteunende diensten, met een complexe en grootschalige structuur. Binnen deze context is er nood aan een geïntegreerde oplossing om de processen binnen bovenvermelde domeinen op een uniforme, effi-ciënte, gebruiksvriendelijke en transparante manier te ondersteunen. Bijlage C bevat meer informatie over de domeinen finance, logistiek, procurement en facilitair beheer. Deze bijlage is louter ter informatie, meer informatie over de scenario's die door het geïnte-greerd pakket gecoverd moeten worden zullen in het opdrachtdocument van de gunningsfase worden opgenomen. Het staat elke geselecteerde inschrijver vrij om - voor de levering, implementatie, ondersteuning en verdere ontwikkeling van de geïntegreerd totaaloplossing - al dan niet te werken met onderaannemers of andere ondernemingen (combinatie van ondernemingen). Inschrijvers die via onderaannemers wensen aan te bieden, duiden dit aan in het deelnameformulier (Bijlage A) en dienen een lijst van potentiële onderaannemers in te dienen.
