Description of selection criterion: Mindestens drei Referenzen aus den letzten fünf Jahren über vergleichbare Projekte im Krankenhaus-, Labor- oder sonstigen Sonderbau mit erhöhten Anforderungen an die Ausbau-und Ausführungsqualität. Durch die vorgelegten Referenzen sind in der Gesamtschau Erfahrungen mit der in der Ausschreibung beschriebenen modularen Bauweise sowie mit hochwertigen Ausbauleistungen, insbesondere Tischlerarbeiten, Fliesenarbeiten und Fassadenarbeiten, nachzuweisen. Zusätzlich sind Erfahrungen in folgenden Bereichen nachzuweisen: • gewerkeübergreifende Planung und Koordination modularer, technisch ausgestatteter Raumeinheiten • werkseitige Vorfertigung, Transport, Einbringung und Montage modularer Raumeinheiten Die genannten Leistungen und Erfahrungen müssen nicht in jeder einzelnen Referenz vollständig enthalten sein. Der Nachweis darf in der Gesamtschau über mehrere Referenzprojekte erfolgen.
