Achiziţia este necesară pentru realizarea lucrarilor de mentenanta, proiectare, execuţie şi modernizare a instalaţiilor electrice de medie şi joasă tensiune.

Lucrarile de mentenanţă constau în: revizii tehnice (RT), reparaţii accidentale (RA), reparaţii de nivel III (R1), pentru instalaţiile din RED aparţinând S.C. E - Distributie Muntenia S.A., în vederea păstrării sau restabilirea disponibilităţii, fiabilităţii şi siguranţei în exploatare a echipamentelor şi instalaţiilor energetice. Lucrarile de executie si modernizare constau în: modernizarea instalatiilor existente, extinderea de retele de joasa tensiune aeriene si subterane, securizarea grupurilor de masura, modernizarea si cresterea capacitatii de distributie a retelelor existente, imbunatatire nivel tensiune in retelele existente prin injectii noi (posturi trafo, retele MT, JT, etc), aparţinând SC E- Distribuţie Dobrogea SA. Executia acestor activitati este una extrem de importanta si necesara pentru satisfacerea cerintelor clientilor si reducerea CPT. Cantitati estimate minime si maxime ale acordului cadru: Conform centralizator financiar de preturi (Formularului F11/ lot), atasat la prezenta documentatie. Cantitati estimate minime si maxime ale contractelor subsecvente si frecventa acestora: Conform Anexa 1 - la Strategia de Contractare . Numarul de zile la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile - Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 10 a zi inainte de data limita stabilita in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
