Title: Fourniture de vêtements de travail, d'équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) et prestations d'entretien associées - marché transversal en groupement de commandes
Description: La présente consultation porte sur l'acquisition d'habillement professionnel et d'équipement de protection individuelle ainsi que sur le lavage et l'entretien des vêtements et des EPI, qu'ils soient acquis dans le cadre du présent accord-cadre ou qu'ils soient déjà détenus par les agents. Cette consultation vise à équiper les différents agents de la communauté urbaine Le Havre Seine Métropole (CULHSM), de la Ville du Havre (VDH) et ceux des communes adhérentes au groupement : Sainte-Adresse, Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc, Rolleville ainsi que Montivilliers et son CCAS. Cependant, les titulaires n'auront pas l'exclusivité sur l'objet du marché pour les communes membres (hors CULHSM et VDH). Ainsi, ces communes ne sont pas tenues de passer exclusivement par cet accord-cadre. Les accords-cadres s'exécutent au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande faisant apparaître les prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est passé sans montant minimum HT. Les prestations faisant l'objet de ce groupement de commandes sont susceptibles de varier dans les limites définies à l'article "2.4 - Montants et forme de l'accord-cadre" du règlement de la consultation - Article "2.6 Durée de l'accord-cadre et modalités de résiliation éventuelle" du règlement de la consultation: Pour l'ensemble des lots à l'exception des lots 6, 8 et 9 : L'accord-cadre est effectif à compter de sa date de notification (= date anniversaire) pour une durée ferme de 48 mois. La réparabilité des Epi de catégorie Iii n'est pas autorisée. - Article "6 - Fourniture d'échantillons et modalités de résiliation éventuelle" du règlement de la consultation: Pour Les Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 et 8 : A l'appui de leur offre, les soumissionnaires devront impérativement remettre des échantillons de manière gratuite (les échantillons et les quantités à fournir sont indiquées dans les Bpu respectifs). De même, la livraison des échantillons est gratuite et assurée par le fournisseur. Les soumissionnaires devront remettre les échantillons relatifs au(x) lot(s) pour le(s)quel(s) ils candidatent dans le délai imparti dans la consultation (délai de remise des offres de l'Avis d'Appel Public à la Concurrence). Description: Sont compris dans ce lot, tous les vêtements EPI répondant à la catégorie I Haute Visibilité selon EN ISO 20471, les vêtements répondant à la catégorie II Visibilité modérée selon EN ISO 17353 ainsi que tous les EPI répondant à la catégorie III multirisques selon les normes et leurs niveaux de performance exigés au CCTP. Une version unie des EPI est également souhaitée. Conformément aux obligations de traçabilité des EPI, ces vêtements sont tous dûment certifiés et répondent sans exception à l'aptitude au lavage professionnel intensif selon EN ISO 6330 à 60°C ainsi qu'au séchage rotatif à 60°C jusqu'à 50 lavages à l'exception des coques de parkas. Le lavage par méthode de blanchissage industriel selon EN ISO 15797 est exclus du périmètre du lot.
