En caso de que no se opte por esta vía, se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Barcelona en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación de este acuerdo, según la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.
