Information about review deadlines: Σε περίπτωση προσφυγής κατά πράξης της αναθέτουσας αρχής, η προθεσμία για την άσκηση της προδικαστικής προσφυγής είναι: (α) δέκα (10) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης στον ενδιαφερόμενο οικονομικό φορέα αν η πράξη κοινοποιήθηκε με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα ή τηλεομοιοτυπία ή (β) δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης σε αυτόν αν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν άλλα μέσα επικοινωνίας, άλλως (γ) δέκα (10) ημέρες από την πλήρη, πραγματική ή τεκμαιρόμενη, γνώση της πράξης που βλάπτει τα συμφέροντα του ενδιαφερόμενου οικονομικού φορέα. Ειδικά για την άσκηση προσφυγής κατά προκήρυξης, η πλήρης γνώση αυτής τεκμαίρεται μετά την πάροδο δεκαπέντε (15) ημερών από τη δημοσίευση στο ΚΗΜΔΗΣ. Σε περίπτωση παράλειψης που αποδίδεται στην αναθέτουσα αρχή, η προθεσμία για την άσκηση της προδικαστικής προσφυγής είναι δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από την επομένη της συντέλεσης της προσβαλλόμενης παράλειψης .
