Description of selection criterion: Verklaring op eer of attest/verklaring uitgaande van erkend accountingkantoor of revisor met vermelding van Z-score (Altman). Berekeningswijze in geval private onderneming: 0,717 x Werkkapitaal / Totale bezittingen + 0,847 x Totaal van ingehouden winsten / Totale bezittingen + 3,107 x Winst voor belastingen en interest / Totale bezittingen + 0,420 x Boekwaarde van de bezittingen / Boekwaarde van de schulden + 0,998 x Omzet / Totale bezittingen Minimumeisen: Uit de behaalde score moet een gezonde financiële toestand blijken. Deze score dient hoger te zijn dan 1,8. Wanneer de score lager is, is een expliciete verklaring vereist waarbij uitgelegd wordt waarom de score lager ligt en waarom dit geen probleem vormt voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht. Minimumeisen: Minimum jaaromzet €1.500.000

Description of selection criterion: De kandidaat bewijst dat hij over relevante ervaring beschikt om de gelijkaardige opdrachten binnen het raamcontract correct uit te voeren door referenties van gelijkaardige opdrachten toe te voegen aan zijn aanvraag tot deelneming. Iedere referentie heeft betrekking op een lopend of aflopend referentieproject van de afgelopen 10 jaar. Minimumeisen: Minstens 4 relevante referenties uit de ziekenhuissector met betrekking tot bouwen en verbouwen van ziekenhuisafdelingen waarvan minstens 2 relevante referenties met een referentieproject gelijkaardig aan de hoofdopdracht (zie pagina 5), waarvan de studiekost minstens €600.000 excl btw bedroeg. Dit bedrag dient reeds voor minstens 80% te zijn gefactureerd aan de opdrachtgever.

Description of selection criterion: Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016.
