Description: The services to be procured will support the European Union (EU) to carry out a range of activities in the fields of public diplomacy and cultural relations in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macao).* The services aim to reinforce the capacity of the EU Delegation to China to undertake constant and long-term engagement to 1. (*A minority of activities may need to be implemented in the EU, especially in the context of delivering reciprocal exchanges between EU and Chinese think tanks.)
