Description: Vermits de verschillende gebouwdelen 1 geheel vormen, toegangen en omgevingsaanleg gezamenlijk gebruikt worden en ze ook technisch verweven zijn op vlak van HVAC, lijkt het aangewezen de werken in de VUB-delen van het gebouw door dezelfde firma die EhB contracteerde te laten uitvoeren. Het betreft: werken aan het aan VUB/UZ in erfpacht gegeven deel van het EhB gebouw. Omwille van bovenstaande (technische) redenen zouden wij willen vragen de firma Robert Wyckaert NV waarmee EhB in zee ging te erkennen als een unieke leverancier, waarvoor voor ons op dit moment geen alternatief bestaat en te erkennen dat voor deze aankoop mededinging ontbreekt wegens technische onafscheidelijkheid van de oorspronkelijke opdracht (Wet inzake Overheidsopdrachten dd. 17/06/2016, artikel 42, §1, 4°, b : Onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking).
