Description: Πρόκειται για την κατασκευή τριών νέων συγκροτημάτων τριώροφης οικοδομής με υπόγειο γιαχρήση κατοικίας. Η κατακόρυφη επικοινωνία του κτιρίου γίνεται με κλιμακοστάσιο και ανελκυστήρα ο οποίος δεν εξυπηρετεί το υπόγειο του κτιρίου. Το κάθε κτίριο θα περιλαμβάνει συνολικά 12 διαμερίσματα σε 3 ορόφους (6 των δύο υπνοδωματίων, μεικτής επιφάνειας 95.00 – 101.80 μ2 και 6 των τριών υπνοδωματίων, μεικτής επιφάνειας 124.40μ2).
