Aquando da recolha de contentores cheios por parte do cocontratante, deverão ser, caso a entidade adquirente opte pelo serviço de aluguer de contentores, deixados no mesmo local o idêntico número de contentores vazios; c) Lote 3: Receção, tratamento e valorização de RCD’s, incluindo encaminhamento seletivo dos resíduos a destino final adequado, ou seja a operadores licenciados para a valorização e/ou eliminação, em razão da sua natureza ou composição, garantindo os encargos e responsabilidades que advenham das operações mencionadas, assegurando que as mesmas se realizam de acordo com o princípio da hierarquia das preferências na gestão dos resíduos; Lote 4: Crédito oferecido pela entidade prestadora dos serviços a cada entidade adquirente, em função da quantidade de RCD’s transportados e rececionados (a utilizar em aquisição de bens produzidos, total ou parcialmente, com RCD's ou com incorporação de fresados; ou, em alternativa, a deduzir quando da emissão mensal de fatura dos serviços prestados).
