De dienstverlening omvat onder meer vervoer naar instanties, medische en juridische afspraken, overplaatsingen en crisissituaties. Van de opdrachtnemer wordt landelijke dekking verwacht, met maximale aanrijdtijden van circa één uur, ook buiten kantoortijden. Bij het vervoer staan veiligheid, kindvriendelijkheid en cultuursensitiviteit centraal, met aandacht voor de specifieke behoeften van de doelgroep (o.a. gescheiden vervoer, taalbarrières en aanvullende begeleiding). De dienstverlener biedt daarnaast een digitaal systeem voor het centraal bestellen, volgen en administreren van ritten, inclusief real-time updates en maandelijkse stuurinformatie.
