Termenul pana la care Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari potrivit prevederilor art. 160 alin. (1) si (2) din Legea 98/2016 asa cum a fost modificat prin OUG 107/2017 din 20 decembrie 2017, stabilit prin raportare la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 10 zile. Numarul zilelor pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 15 zile (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor).

Estimarea valorii totale a achiziţiilor pentru întreaga durată a acordului-cadru (după caz, numai în cifre):

Valoarea estimată fără TVA: 134 453 781,52. Monedă: RON.

Sau intervalul: monedă: RON.

Valoarea maximă estimată a unui contract subsecvent este de 10 005 000 RON.

Valoarea minimă estimată a unui contract subsecvent este de 904 000 RON.

Din valoarea totala a acordului-cadru vor fi executate, estimativ:

— 90 % lucrări de reparații și intervenții parcări, trotuare, alei,

— 10 % lucrări edilitare (apă-canal) (reparații conducte apă și conducte canalizare).

Frecvenţa şi valoarea contractelor care urmează să fie atribuite:

— Minim 1 contract subsecvent/an la valoarea minima a subsecventelor,

— Maxim 20 contracte subsecvente/an la valoarea minima a subsecventelor,

— Maxim 5 contracte subsecvente/an la valoarea maximă a subsecventelor.
