Title: Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding Architectendiensten oude Raadhuis
Description: De gemeente Alphen aan den Rijn is op zoek naar een partij voor het maken van een ontwerp voor de restauratie, renovatie, verduurzaming en herbestemming van het oude Raadhuis. Deze partij is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige ontwerptraject, vanaf het Voorontwerp (VO) tot en met het Technisch Ontwerp (TO). Het Technisch Ontwerp wordt in de markt gezet en is de basis voor selectie van een aannemer. Na gunning hiervan dient het TO, in nauwe samenwerking met de geselecteerde aannemer, verder geoptimaliseerd en uitgewerkt te worden tot een Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp (UO). De Opdracht bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit het opstellen van een Voorlopig Ontwerp (VO), Definitief Ontwerp (DO), een Technisch Ontwerp (TO) en een Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp (UO). Main features of the procedure: De aan te besteden opdracht betreft een overheidsopdracht en bestaat op hoofdlijnen uit het opstellen van een VO, DO en UO. Zie voor de uitgebreide gegevens de Selectieleidraad in paragraaf 2.1. De hierbij gebruikte procedure is de niet-openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (AW). Deze procedure bestaat uit twee fasen, de selectiefase en de inschrijvingsfase. In de eerste fase, de selectiefase, waarvoor deze Selectieleidraad is opgesteld, worden maximaal vijf (5) Gegadigden geselecteerd. In de tweede fase, de inschrijvingsfase, worden de geselecteerde Gegadigden uitgenodigd een Inschrijving te doen. Uit deze Inschrijvingen wordt op basis van de in de Inschrijvingsleidraad vastgelegde subgunningscriteria een (1) Opdrachtnemer geselecteerd, aan wie de gemeente Alphen aan den Rijn voornemens is de Opdracht te gunnen.
