Description: Orientation: Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit it as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. There is one price form (tabs 2-5) per container. On tab 1, an overview is included that automatically sums up the sum for each type of container. The tenderer ́s name shall be included in the yellow field in this tab. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition. Costs that the tenderer knows will be incurred, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated costs. Tenderers shall state their currency (e.g. EUR, USD etc.) that contract prices may be adjusted against, and if so, how much portion (as a percentage) of the product type that shall be subject to adjustment. If the entire product type is subject to currency adjustment, 100% shall be written in the price form. Evaluation: The total price for all types of containers, including spare parts, included in tab 1 in the price form, will be used for evaluating the price. When assessing the price, a hybrid model with break point 1 will be used. The attached template for the evaluation model is attached. The tenderer ́s total points for this award criteria is weighted with the award criteria ́s weighting percentage.

Description: Weighting: The award criteria "environment" is weighted 30%. Sub-criteria: • Percentage of recycled steel: 10 % • Extended guarantee beyond the minimum requirement: 20 % Orientation: Sub-criteria - percentage of recycled steel (10%): Tenders are assessed based on the stated percentage of recycled steel in the offered containers. A higher percentage of recycled steel gives a higher score. Sub-criteria - extended guarantee beyond minimum requirements (20%): Tenders are assessed on the offered guarantee period beyond the stipulated minimum requirements for the containers. Longer and more comprehensive guarantees give a higher score. Evaluation: When evaluating, a procurement assessment will be made based on the tenderer ́s descriptions included in the requirement form under point marked "E". Each sub-criteria will have an overall assessment. Best solution for each sub-criteria will be awarded the highest score (10). Other solutions will be awarded a point score relative to the best solution. The tenderer ́s total points for each sub-criteria is weighted with the stated weighting percentage.
