Description of the procurement
Atribuirea contractului de furnizare având ca obiect achizitia unei prese hidraulice pentru moneda Proof cu relief inalt, in vederea optimizarii procesului de presare.
Materialele necesare a fi presate sunt: aur, argint, aliaje de cupru.
Prin achizitia presei Proof, se vor imbunatati parametrii tehnici asigurandu-se astfel conditii mai bune de batere a monedelor si implicit obtinerea unei calitati superioare a acestora.
La stabilirea achizitiei presei Proof s-a făcut ținând cont de:
— necesitatea și oportunitatea achizitiei, determinată de starea fizica a preselor existente;
— respectarea standardelor si normativelor tehnice privind baterea de moneda in conditii optime.

Quality criterion - Name: Acest factor indica capacitatea ofertantilor de a furniza echipamentele in termenul cel mai scurt posibil. Acest factor se demonstreaza prin emiterea unui grafic de livrare / Weighting: 10
Quality criterion - Name: Acest factor indica modul in care ofertantul va declara si isi va insusi perioada de garantie a echipamentului (dar nu mai putin de 12 luni). Oferta care prezinta o garantie mai mica de 12 luni va fi considerata neconforma. Perioada va fi exprimata in luni. Autoritatea contractantă acorda punctaj pentru ofertele care prezintă o perioada de garantie a echipamentului suplimentar fata de perioada de garantie minimum acceptata de 12 luni. Perioada de garantie suplimentara se va prezenta obligatoriu in numar de luni / Weighting: 10
