Additional information: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Vestfold county and Telemark county would like to enter into new contracts for consumables for cleaning and cafeterias, as well as cleaning machines (including robot vacuum cleaners/washers for floor and windows) for use in county houses, sixth form colleges, museums and dental clinics. The aim of this market dialogue is to: Obtain information about the market ́s tenders, systems and prices. Clarify technical, environmental and economic conditions before the tender contests are implemented, to ensure that our needs and requirements are understood by the tenderers. SCHEDULE FOR THE MARKET DIALOGUE The market dialogue will be held in week 33 (10-14 August 2024). Further information on the time and registration will be sent to the registered tenderers. SCOPE AND NEED We are looking for suppliers who can offer the following products and services: • Cleaning products and agents (e.g. soaps, disinfectants, cleaning agents). • Cleaning machines (e.g. robot vacuum cleaners, washers, window robots, floor washing machines). • Waste management services (e.g. waste bags, waste containers). • Packaging and disposable service (e.g. cardboard and plastic products for canteens). • Drying paper (toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen paper). • Dispensers and containers (e.g. soap and paper dispensers). QUESTIONS WE WOULD LIKE CLARIFICATION ON We ask tenderers to give feedback on the following points: 1. TISSUE PAPER, SOAPS AND DISPENSERS • Should dispensers/containers be a part of the price for the content (e.g. soap or drying paper), or should they be delivered separately? • What brands and qualities do you recommend (for example Zalo or others)? • Does it pay to go for a specific product or multiple to get the best price? • Is there a big price difference between good and poor quality? What are the most important quality criteria? 2. ENVIRONMENTAL MARKING • Which products can be delivered with environmental labels (e.g. the Swan Ecolabel, Bra Miljöval)? • How does environmental labelling affect the price? • Bagasse disposable service - how much moisture can these tolerate? How much better are these in terms of sustainability 3. PRICING AND CONTRACT FORMS • What is the best method for pricing? For example: o Fixed procurement price with mark-up percentage. o Discount scheme based on volume o Other models (e.g. subscription based) • How are price changes handled (e.g. index development)? 4. DATA SHEETS AND DOCUMENTATION • How are data sheets delivered for cleaning agents (e.g. sent or automatic updating in a substance register)? • Can you offer digital access to updated data sheets? 5. CLEANING MACHINES (ROBOT VACUUM CLEANERS/WASHERS) o What models and functions do you recommend for our needs (e.g. flooring and windows)? o How is service and maintenance handled? o Is it possible to use hire or leasing agreements? 6. ORDERING SYSTEM *Which ordering systems are used? 7. COURSES AND TRAINING o Courses and training offered for: *Cleaning products *Cleaning machines *Any other things?
